China’s Weaponization of Free Trade Is a Threat to Humanity—Including Their Own
Victory is the Only Option for the Trade War
By Johnny Depth
There’s a lie we’ve been telling ourselves for decades:
That free trade with China would civilize them. Make them richer, freer, better.
It didn’t. It made them bolder. Hungrier. More dangerous.
What the West called “economic engagement,” China saw as an opportunity for weaponization. And now, the bill is coming due—for everyone.
They’ve used the profits of global trade to fund:
- Re-education camps
- A high-tech surveillance state
- Mass internment of minorities
- And a military machine backed by the promise of global domination
All while selling us the cheap plastic they use to buy time.
And what did we get in return?
Shuttered factories. Hollowed towns. Empty promises of “strategic partnership.”
We didn’t uplift China. We subsidized its brutality.
But here’s the bitter truth: It won’t last.
China has built its empire on lies—both moral and material.
The “tofu dreg” construction model—build it fast, make it look good, ignore the cracks—isn’t just an architectural flaw.
It’s a national operating system.
Bridges collapse. Buildings crumble. And soon, the system will too.
Their leader plays emperor, dreaming of a new world order while his people live under digital chains and decaying concrete.
It’s not a vision—it’s a hallucination with state sponsorship.
And now, the West is waking up.
Slowly. Reluctantly. But inevitably.
The rug is being pulled.
Trade restrictions are just the beginning.
The real reckoning will come when the world no longer funds China’s illusion—and the only thing left propping up the regime is fear and propaganda.
Even the Chinese people—deprived, surveilled, manipulated—will become victims of their own state’s hubris.
Free trade isn’t free when it enables tyranny.
It’s not just bad policy—it’s complicity.
It’s time to stop feeding the machine.
Time to cut the lifeline.
Time to let the hollow dragon collapse under the weight of its own deception.
Because a nation that trades in cruelty, concrete, and control cannot stand forever.
